Enhancements in Release 4.10
General
Epiq Discover Help URL changes
As part of ongoing work to enhance our Epiq product documentation, we moved the Discover and Desktop Client Help links to the docs.epiqglobal.com domain using the following URLs.
-
Epiq Discover - https://docs.epiqglobal.com/help/discover/Content/Home.htm
-
Epiq Discover Desktop Client - https://docs.epiqglobal.com/help/desktopclient/Content/Home.htm
When you click Help in Epiq Discover, release 4.10, the pages will open using the new URLs. Any previous links you saved will still resolve. However we recommend saving links with the new domain when time allows. (1120193)
Collect
Collect and process files from DataHub
Added the ability to collect and process files from DataHub. When you create a collection, you can apply custom metadata and assign different custodians and data labels to files, allowing you to manage multiple custodians and labels within the same collection. (946281)
For more information, refer to the following topics.
Load from DataHub
Added the ability to load third party data directly from DataHub by using the new workflow in Epiq Discover. This enhancement removes the dependency on Desktop Client for starting and monitoring loading jobs and provides a web-based experience for configuring, validating, and loading production data.
During the workflow, you can specify a job name and destination, select the load files stored in DataHub, configure load file settings such as file encoding, date format, time zone, and delimiters, and map source fields to fields.
The system automatically maps fields when source and destination field names match and allows you to manually map fields when needed. Before loading data, you can validate the load configuration and review validation results.
The system runs loading jobs asynchronously and lets you monitor job status, progress, and results from the page. Job details display the load source, such as Desktop Client or DataHub, and provide access to reports generated during validation and loading. (751318)

Image redaction updates
Inverse redaction
Added the ability to keep only selected content visible and redact all other content on the page. You can define multiple visible regions on a page and redact everything else. You can also move, resize, and delete visible regions. The system records the creation, modification, and deletion of inverse redactions in the Audit History report. (972012)
For more information, refer to Redact a document in Review.
Automatic redaction update
In >, you can now add multiple redaction terms at once by pasting a list of terms or uploading a CSV or TXT file instead of entering terms one at a time. (1068602)
For more information, refer to Automatically redact documents.
Epiq Assist updates
You can now apply a folder filter in Epiq Assist to limit conversations to documents in the selected folders. This helps you focus Epiq Assist responses on a specific set of documents.
To make a folder available for filtering, enable the folder for use with Epiq Assist when creating or editing it. Documents from those enabled folders are added to the Epiq Assist AI model. An Epiq Assist
icon appears next to enabled folders in the Folder pane, making them easy to identify. (1073579)

During the month in which the project is archived, the data continues to contribute to Peak Review storage metrics. The archived project data does not appear in the Archived chart until the following month. After that, the data appears in Archived storage metrics beginning in the following month. (1108893)
Additionally, on the first day of a new month, if current billing statistics are not yet available, the dashboard now displays the previous month and its final storage metrics. (1154106)
